If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from geniuspack.com and your product is in an unused, new condition, you may return your item(s) within 14 days to receive a refund to the original method of payment minus the shipping cost. 2 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

At Genius Pack, our main priority is to provide our customers with high quality products and a hassle-free travel experience. In any event where you encounter a problem with your Genius Pack product, it is covered under a 2 year limited warranty, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or transport damage.
