Genius pack is tops

The purchase and shipping of my new bag was fast and without incident. This is my third purchase from them and it's a great product.

The last one I had, I really liked except the wheels started to come apart and the top handle broke off when the car rental bus driver grabbed the bag a little too fast. I’m hoping this will not happen again.

Genius pack

I had the soft genius pack before the hard case one and there are things I like about the new design (spinner wheels and the symmetry of their positioning). The older fabric style tipped over because the wheels were not on the 4 corners. The older softcase works better in tight spaces because fabric is flexible and the hard case is not. I like having an outside compartment for paper work and the new hard case does not have that. **I wish there was a hybrid of both hard body but with fabric corners for flexibility. Clearly I am a fan of genius pack or I would not have purchased a second set for my family. I have the rose gold and like the color. I like the organization mesh sections and dirty laundry compartment better than anything on the market.

I purchased the white carry on seven years ago and it still looks new! I have taken it on over a 100 flights and even checked it in numerous times. Often times I am able to fit so much in I don’t need to take a check in piece. It rolls so smoothly! I cannot believe how well this piece has been made! Incredible brand. Do not hesitate to purchase

I've been wanting a Genius Pack carry-on for a long time and finally splurged on it!

Unfortunately, I haven't used it yet, but will be using it beginning next week for 2 vacations. Will update my review afterwards. It looks awesome!
